Communication is the key to action. Almost everything we do requires some form of communication. In addition to his recognition in the legal community, he is considered a community leader also. He was a finalist at the 2019 Young Achievers Awards in the Community and Voluntary Service category.

 

As an in-house lawyer, Theo was awarded the 2017 and 2018 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30, the Academia, Training and Education Lawyer of the Year at the 2018 Corporate Counsel Awards,  the Young Lawyer of the Year at the 2020 Law Society of Tasmania Awards, Excellence Awardee at the 2021 Australasian Law Awards, identified as a Rising Star in the 2019 Legal 500 GC Power List, and identified as a Rising Star in the 2022 Australasian Lawyer Rising Stars list.
