Vincenzo is an attorney and has been working as Legal COO within the UBS Office of General Counsel. Throughout his career, he has worked on various cost savings initiatives related to the management of resources, both internal and external. This includes finding new and innovative ways to source legal support. In Vincenzo’s current role, he leads a team with the goal of supporting in-house counsel, providing both administrative and expert support.  Administrative support includes capturing demand and cost commitment approvals and legal invoice review. Expert support includes assessing legal matters and finding the most efficient and cost effective ways to engage legal resources; ex. running rfps, negotiating alternative fee agreements, assessing in sourcing potential, and “unbundling” legal work to shift certain tasks from law firms to alternative legal service providers (ALSPS).

Josh practiced as a commercial lawyer in Melbourne, Australia, before joining the founding team at PERSUIT back in 2018. Ultimately relocated to NYC in 2018 to establish our NY office and grow our presence in North America.
