– Tips for dealing with third-party paper and contract templates in a more efficient and scalable way

– Defining different types of playbooks with respect to purpose and audience; and

Before joining Microsoft, Lucy was an associate at Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle in the commercial bankruptcy and business transactions practices.
