Prior to joining the Firm, Dom was Associate General Counsel for HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. where he managed all phases of class action, banking, antitrust, securities and trustee litigation and high-risk regulatory matters. He advised on legal, reputational and regulatory risk strategy and managed dozens of complex litigation matters with different stakeholders, business lines and functions across various global regions.

 

Gregory Casamento is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Business Technology Group. Greg’s practice focuses on business, commercial, class actions, antitrust, technology, Fintech and financial services litigation and arbitration. As an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, his experience includes litigating cases involving benchmark price fixing, securities law violations, Lanham Act disputes, trademark and trade dress infringement claims, unfair competition and false advertising actions, contract, trade secrets, non-compete and restrictive covenants disputes, Fintech and related technology issues. His practice focuses on bet the company litigations often involving complex issues brought in class action cases against investment, commercial and retail banks, insurance companies, Fintechs, and other financial services companies.

 

Kanasha Herbert has a broad corporate law background and significant experience in corporate finance, venture capital and private placements. She represents private equity and venture capital firms and emerging companies in venture capital and angel financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters primarily in the health care, insurance and technology industries. She provides ongoing general counsel regarding corporate governance issues, including serving as secretary pro tem at board and committee meetings for domestic and foreign public and venture-backed entities.
