Mark Lemley, William H. Neukom Professor at Stanford Law
Mark Lemley is the William H. Neukom Professor of Law at Stanford Law School, the Director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology, and the Director of Stanford’s LLM Program in Law, Science and Technology. He teaches intellectual property, computer and Internet law, patent law, and antitrust. He is the author of seven books (most in multiple editions) and more than 130 articles on these and related subjects, including the two-volume treatise IP and Antitrust.
Mark is a founding partner of Durie Tangri LLP. He litigates and counsels clients in all areas of intellectual property, antitrust, and Internet law. He has argued fifteen Federal appellate cases and numerous district court cases, and represented clients including Comcast, Genentech, Google, Grokster, Hummer Winblad, Impax, Intel, NetFlix, Palm, TiVo, and the University of Colorado Foundation in over ninety cases in more than two decades as a lawyer.
Mark is the co-founder and a board member of Lex Machina, Inc., a company that provides legal data and analytics about patent litigation to firms and companies.
Mark is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law and is admitted to and active with the State Bar of California.
Cecilia Ziniti, Three-Time General Counsel and former General Counsel AI for Replit, ex-Amazon
Cecilia is a tech and legal exec with a 20-year history of driving product and company success across major tech shifts, from the internet to AI.
