Christopher Sweet

 

Chris is the Director of Client and Attorney Success at OGC where he leverages over 15 years of experience in legal department and law firm operations management. Prior to joining OGC, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer at a national law firm that specialized in financial services and commercial litigation. His career includes serving as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he assumed the role of global head of outside counsel value management. Notably, he also helped pioneer Legal Project Management (LPM) at an Am Law 50 firm and began his legal operations journey in the legal department at GSK, a recognized trailblazer in outside counsel spend management.

Over the course of his career, Chris has honed his expertise in diverse areas, including strategic pricing, alternative fee arrangements, outside counsel management, legal technology, cyber security response, and advancements in AI. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Chris played a pivotal role in attorney recruitment and development, alongside spearheading client-oriented initiatives, such as quarterly business reviews, portfolio project management, data privacy and security audits, and technology partnerships.

Chris earned his law degree at Widener University in Delaware and is licensed in Pennsylvania. He also holds a Master of Science degree in information systems from Drexel University, extending his expertise to the optimization of operational efficiency through process improvement and data analytics.

A long-time resident of Bucks County Pennsylvania, Chris lives on a small farm with his family and assorted furry friends. He served in the United States Army Infantry and later in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

 

Virginia Griffith

 

Virginia (Gina) Griffith, JD is an attorney and dynamic sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the legal services industry. She brings to her role a genuine passion for business development and legal operations, as well as expertise in consultative selling and market analysis. Prior to joining the firm, Virginia served as VP of Sales and Business Development for LegalBillReview.com, where she oversaw outreach and support for corporate legal departments seeking to better manage and reduce their outside counsel spending.

Previously, Virginia held roles with ALM Media, as well as with several professional services firms, including KPMG and Deloitte, where she worked closely with corporate legal departments in support of their legal operations and regulatory programs. Virginia launched her career at Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading provider of news and information-based tools for legal professionals, receiving four promotions over 11 years for her work in service to the research and knowledge management needs of in-house counsel. Virginia was recognized with membership in the Thomson Reuters President’s Club and received multiple awards for superior sales performance, consistently exceeding targets and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Virginia holds a B.A. from Hanover College and  a J.D. from Valparaiso University. She has co-written several industry articles and was a featured speaker at the CLOC Global Institute in 2023.

In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time with her two children and family, going into the Rocky Mountains on the weekends, playing pickleball, and designing/decorating homes for her friends. Gina has been involved in a number of organizations that provide education support for children with neurodivergent learning needs.
