Contract Management Reimagined: Discover How to Manage Contracts without a Traditional CLM
Event Description
The complexities and frustrations with legacy Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems are no secret: they’re slow to implement, force everyone into rigid workflows, and pull in-house counsel away from the tools they actually use.
On Monday, November 18th at 12 pm EST / 9am PT, join Martin Ertl, CEO of Recital, as he reveals why CLM software as we know it is broken and how Recital presents a fresh, frictionless alternative.
In this session, we’ll showcase how Recital works in and alongside your existing tools—without the need for lengthy implementations, painful change management, or restrictive workflows. Discover how to auto-create your repository, manage in-flight contracts faster than ever, and centralize your contract knowledge—all with a tool that fits into your day-to-day processes, not the other way around.
In this webinar, you’ll learn:
- Why legacy CLMs hinder productivity and slow in-house teams down.
- How Recital eliminates setup time and works with your existing tools.
- How to automatically generate a centralized contract repository.
- Tips for managing contract negotiations efficiently with Recital, email and Word.
- A better way to get value out of contract data.
