David Rockman is an attorney with the law firm of the Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He serves as Chair of the Environmental Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Infrastructure Practice Group at Eckert Seamans.  He focuses his practice on environmental regulatory law, environmental litigation and energy law. Mr. Rockman provides counseling and litigation representation in connection with the many federal, state and local environmental laws and regulatory programs.
