How to Use AI to Scale Your Legal Practice: A Guide for In-House Counsel
Event Description
AI adoption in legal has skyrocketed from 19% to 79% in just one year. Yet most legal departments remain stuck at the chatbot stage—missing the much bigger opportunity to automate high-impact work like contract reviews through reproducible, workflow-driven AI. And the data is clear: recent studies show AI can complete contract reviews 77x faster and at 0.03% the cost of traditional methods.
So what’s holding teams back? It’s not the technology—it’s the know-how. In this CLE session, we’ll walk through the foundational concepts and practical steps for designing AI workflows tailored to legal operations, helping in-house teams scale expertise, manage risk, and deliver more value to the business.
Join us on Wednesday, May 21 at 12pm ET as Gabriel Saunders (Director of Legal Operations at Exos) and Sona Sulakian (CEO & Cofounder of Pincites) break down how in-house legal teams can move beyond experimentation and start applying AI in meaningful, measurable ways.
Key takeaways:
- How to build an AI workflow that supports contract review, redlining, and compliance
- Legal-specific prompt engineering techniques to improve AI outputs
- Criteria for evaluating AI tools: accuracy, security, ethics, and vendor fit
- How to assess and refine AI performance for consistent, high-quality results
- All attendees will receive a customizable AI vendor scorecard
