ADR Strategies for In-House Counsel: Discover How to Design an Effective and Efficient ADR System for Your Organization
Event Description
Litigation is often costly, time-consuming, and damaging to vital business relationships. For in-house counsel seeking more efficient and constructive ways to resolve disputes—with employees, customers, or business partners—alternative dispute resolution (ADR) offers a powerful path forward. Today, emerging technologies like AI and online dispute resolution (ODR) platforms are reshaping how companies can design their own private, enforceable dispute resolution systems that minimize conflict while promoting fairness, speed, and cost savings.
Join us on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 12pm ET as David Thomas and Angela Bunnell of Greenberg Traurig explore how in-house legal teams can harness modern ADR tools to build effective internal dispute resolution processes. This session will examine how traditional court-based litigation impedes business objectives and outline strategies to implement custom ADR systems that protect relationships and support long-term growth.
Key takeaways include:
- Why traditional litigation can undermine business outcomes and relationships
- Core components of an enforceable internal dispute resolution system
- How to integrate online tools into ADR frameworks
- Legal and practical considerations for designing ADR systems within your organization
- Examples of successful ADR implementation in corporate settings
Who Should Attend:
This session is designed for in-house legal professionals across industries who are responsible for dispute resolution, risk management, or legal operations. It will be particularly relevant for GCs, deputy GCs, legal ops leaders, and attorneys seeking to reduce litigation costs and improve outcomes through modern ADR systems.
