Vanessa de Lima, LL.M, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe and Brazil. Currently serving as the Head of Legal EMEA at Collibra, Vanessa holds the title of Assistant General Counsel in Commercial Legal, overseeing legal operations in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Director EMEA at Cloudera, where management of senior counsels involved complex commercial agreements and GDPR compliance, and Corporate Legal Counsel at Cisco, specializing in IT contracts and legal risk mitigation. Vanessa has also provided legal services as an attorney at De Lima Law and held legal management positions in various firms, equipping their with expertise in business law, international negotiations, and corporate governance. Educational credentials include an LL.M in International Management and Law from HEC Paris and a law degree from Universidade Paulista, complemented by specialized certifications in M&A and EU law.
