AI Playbook Lab: Building and Scaling SaaS Contract Playbooks for In-House Legal Teams
Event Description
SaaS contract negotiations slow down in predictable ways: indemnity carveouts, liability caps, termination triggers, payment terms, performance standards. Without a playbook, reviews drag, consistency slips, and deals get stuck.
In this session, we’ll tackle the clauses that cause the most friction and show you how to build a playbook to handle them fast—then demonstrate how AI applies it at scale, using a SaaS agreement as our working example.
Join us Tuesday, August 26 at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT for a hands-on, clause-by-clause teardown with LegalOn’s Head of Legal, Bärí Williams, and Chief Growth Officer, Corey Longhurst. You’ll see the vendor and customer side of each term, learn strategies to speed reviews without sacrificing judgment, and watch a live AI demo in action.
You’ll learn:
- How to build a SaaS playbook and adapt it for other routine contracts
- Where negotiations slow down—and how to avoid it
- How to turn your team’s positions into AI-ready playbooks
- How AI flags risks and redlines contracts instantly
Who Should Attend:
This session is for in-house counsel and legal operations professionals ready to streamline contract review. Whether you’re building your first playbook or scaling one with AI, you’ll walk away with a free playbook and tools to increase speed, consistency, and control.
There is NO COST to attend this LIVE program!
This program is FREE, thanks to our gracious sponsor, LegalOn! If you can’t attend the live program, the recording will be available for viewing via our paid CLE library, In-House Connect On-Demand!
