Caroline is a privacy advocate, a CIPP/US, a startup lawyer and a 2x victim of tax fraud that originated from a vendor’s data breach. That experience left her more determined than ever that no one should have to experience tax fraud because of the disorganization and carelessness of a company. Her work as an attorney for Gunderson Dettmer and then at two successful NY startups, Sailthru and Clarifai, all led up to the idea for ClearOPS.
