AI Contract Intelligence for In-House Teams: A Vendor Evaluation Framework That Holds Up in the Boardroom
Event Description
Contract AI is easy to demo—and surprisingly hard to operationalize. Many tools shave minutes off review or help with basic search, but in-house teams are being asked for something bigger: reliable portfolio intelligence that can withstand scrutiny, support risk decisions, and answer leadership questions with confidence. This program is designed specifically for in-house legal teams that need a clear way to evaluate whether a platform will deliver sustained value after implementation—not just a good-looking pilot.
Join us on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT as James Cho (Contract Management Solution Expert, Pramata) and Justin Schweisberger (Chief Revenue Officer, Pramata) walk through a practical evaluation framework built around four pillars—Foundation, Trust, Adaptability, and Impact—plus a live demonstration of real AI contract intelligence capabilities.
Key takeaways:
- Foundation: How to test whether the tool can transform scattered agreements into structured, analyzable data without a painful manual lift
- Trust: What to demand on accuracy, evidence trails, and traceability back to the source contract so results are defensible
- Adaptability: How to evaluate configurability for your clause language, playbooks, and business rules—without constant IT tickets
- Impact: How to validate whether the system can answer executive questions (exposure, obligations, renewals, pricing/leverage, counterparty risk) with speed and credibility
- The exact vendor questions (and red flags) that reveal implementation risk, hidden services dependencies, and scalability limits
- A live walkthrough of the four core capabilities in action—so you can benchmark vendors against a consistent standard
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is built for in-house legal professionals evaluating or re-evaluating contract AI, including commercial counsel, legal operations leaders, contract management teams, and legal department leaders who need to justify investment in terms the business cares about—risk reduction, improved leverage, cleaner reporting, and faster decision-making across the contract portfolio.
