Every month, we celebrate the IHC community members who are making moves in their careers. February 2026 was a big month: 12 promotions, 8 new GC roles, and 3 transitions from law firms to in-house positions.

Highlights include three members who stepped into their first GC roles at growing companies, two promotions from Associate GC to Deputy GC at Fortune 500 companies, and three members who made the leap from BigLaw to their first in-house positions. We also saw members moving into new industries — healthcare to fintech, manufacturing to climate tech — bringing their legal expertise to new challenges.
