Brendan also has a niche practice representing craft brewers and cannabis companies. He has represented over 250 craft breweries and one happy client even named a beer after him. Prior to working at Harris Beach, Brendan worked for a major international law firm in NYC and clerked in the EDNY.

Michelle is General Counsel for Bell Techlogix, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Michelle also provides direction on compliance, ranging from privacy to labor law. Prior to joining Bell Techlogix, was Associate General Counsel at a publicly traded unified communications company and General Counsel for a privately held unified communications company. Michelle also serves on the Board of Directors for The Road Recovery Foundation Inc.
