Danielle Simmons

Danielle works on a broad range of corporate matters for companies in all stages of development. She has represented companies in day-to-day legal matters, investors in equity and debt financings, and buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. Danielle was the Executive Director of Helena, a startup focused on addressing global societal problems, and earned a two-year research training award to conduct behavioral neuroscience research at the National Institutes of Health.

Danielle started her legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where for seven years she represented funds, sponsors, and companies in the practice areas of M&A and secured and unsecured finance. Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

 

Bryan Lee
Bryan is the CEO and Co-founder of Ruli AI, a Full Suite Platform for In-house Teams. He is a computer engineer with a background in Big Law and In-house at Allen & Overy and GE, where he gained insights into the complexities of the legal profession.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Bryan transitioned into leading product teams at Google and Meta. With extensive experience in product development, partnerships, and trust & safety, he bridges the gap between technology and law to create solutions that empower legal teams to work more efficiently.
