Today, she is the Director of Legal at Boston-based legal tech startup LinkSquares, front and center as “customer zero” helping the company solve legal, business, and product challenges on the daily. It takes drive, intentionality, and experience to help scale a growing startup’s legal team while also advising on its product strategy.
Lyle McCutcheon-Schour – VP, Sales, LinkSquares
Lyle has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Vice President of Account Management and previously as Vice President of Sales Mid-Market at LinkSquares since January 2017. Lyle’s responsibilities include transforming manual contract review processes for legal and finance teams into an efficient web application. Prior to LinkSquares, Lyle co-founded Skylab Learning, Inc., where innovative game-based learning solutions were developed for low-skilled frontline employees. Lyle also gained experience as a Business and Program Development Intern at Learning Games Network and as Manager at Cape Cod Surf Camp, where significant revenue growth and marketing strategies were implemented. Lyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed the Startup Institute program in 2016.
