In this interactive session, Rudhir will provide an overview of the Disc Assessment – a tool for increasing awareness of communication style and behavioral tendencies – to better understand how they interact with others.

After this session, attendees will begin to better understand how their style affects their relationships, and explore how to use these tools to improve communications.
