Communication Skills for In-House Counsel: Using DISC to Level Up Your Influence in the Legal Department and Beyond


Event Description

Understanding different communication styles can improve our interpersonal skills, build trust, and improve cooperation.


Join us on Wednesday, April 19th, at 3pm ET for the next edition of our Essential Skills Workshop series, as Rudhir Krishtel, former biglaw partner and in-house counsel at Apple, and current professional executive coach, will lead a 90-minute interactive workshop with the goal of helping attendees better understand how they interact with others.


In this interactive session, Rudhir will provide an overview of the Disc Assessment – a tool for increasing awareness of communication style and behavioral tendencies – to better understand how they interact with others.


After this session, attendees will begin to better understand how their style affects their relationships, and explore how to use these tools to improve communications.
