Joe Morgan
Joe is a managing director in the technology investment banking group at Piper Sandler, based in California.
Morgan was previously the co-head of technology investment banking at D.A. Davidson. In his time at D.A. Davidson, he executed on the firm’s growth initiative in technology, increasing headcount and revenue more than five and ten-fold, respectively. While at D.A. Davidson, Morgan completed over 60 M&A and capital raising assignments for public and private companies comprising nearly $26 billion in value. He has over 20 years of experience working with software companies and has sold companies to nearly every large software consolidator; Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Intuit, IBM and ServiceNow. Morgan has long had a focus and passion for vertical market software, specifically companies touching on and enhancing the built world – the intersection between construction and real estate.
Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a member and team captain of the varsity swim team.
Nicole Perez
Nicole focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, both cross-border and domestic and general corporate matters. In addition, she also advises clients and their boards on activist defense, joint ventures, securities law, corporate governance, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, spin-offs, minority investments, PIPEs deals, commercial contracts and other complex corporate transactions.
Nicole has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, media, health care, life sciences, energy and alternative energy and pharmaceuticals.
Sarah Endiger-Gomez
Sarah is head of legal operations at Payzen with two decades in legal operations, she specializes in helping organizations build smarter, faster, and more cost-effective legal departments.
Sarah passionate about using technology to solve real business problems – whether that’s launching a contract lifecycle management system, reworking workflows, or driving cross-functional compliance initiatives.
Andy White
In 2015 Filejet Founder and CEO Andy White purchased a 35-year-old back- office document filing company that served Law Firms, Accounting Firms and In-House Legal Department.
