Skilled in all aspects of commercial law, corporate governance, intellectual property rights, contractual relationships, regulatory matters and any other commercial matters, and drafting and negotiating different types of commercial agreements (including financing and M&A transactions). Strong professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) focused in Law and Masters of Business Administration (MBA, summa cum laude) focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Behavioral Economics from the College of Management Academic Studies.
