Tyler Bridegan
Tyler Bridegan helps companies navigate the privacy, cybersecurity, and technology legal landscape by developing risk-based compliance strategies and vigorously defending companies targeted by government investigations and litigation.
As the former Director of Privacy and Technology Enforcement for the Texas Attorney General’s Office and Acting Legal Advisor for Commissioner Simington at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Tyler has conducted and defended hundreds of government investigations. These include matters brought by individual state attorneys general, multi-state attorney general coalitions, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the FCC, and the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS).
Robert Hancock
Bob Hancock brings more than fifteen years of construction and construction management and another 20 years of experience guiding clients through high-stakes construction and commercial litigation, arbitration and transactional work such as construction contracts, subcontracts, master service agreements, etc. He represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, suppliers, design professionals, material providers, and insurers in a broad range of disputes, contract negotiations, construction defect claims, delay/acceleration and disruption claims, insurance coverage matters, OSHA matters, personal injury matters, and risk management. He also regularly serves as outside general counsel to clients navigating business and legal issues across multiple states and forums.
Kyle Hawes
With nearly 30 years of experience as a trial and arbitration attorney, Kyle has first-chaired more than 40 bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts and successfully prosecuted more than 7 arbitrations through the American Arbitration Association. He represents clients across a wide range of industries including energy, real estate, construction, food and beverage, restaurant, retail, financial services, healthcare and technology. Kyle’s practice encompasses complex civil litigation, with representative matters involving breach of contract, real estate disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, product liability, construction defects, landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, business torts, title disputes, consumer protection claims and Texas Securities Act violations.
