Driving Efficiency with Verifiable AI for In-House Legal Teams: How to Deliver Smarter Research, Product Advice, and Outside Counsel Management Using AI
Event Description
For in-house teams, the pressure to deliver faster, leaner, and more defensible legal work has never been greater. AI tools promise speed, but without verifiable sources and defensible reasoning, they can introduce more risk than value. How can corporate legal departments harness AI responsibly to cut spend, accelerate workflows, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny?
Join us on Wednesday, October 22 at 3pm ET as Sara Lee (General Counsel, VSCO), Markus Hartman (Chief Legal Officer, Dragon GC), and Bryan Lee (CEO & Co-Founder, Ruli) explore how in-house legal teams are already putting citation-backed AI to work. This 60-minute live session will highlight practical workflows that drive efficiency, reduce outside counsel reliance, and strengthen defensibility in day-to-day decisions.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to run first-pass legal research in-house with verifiable, authoritative citations
- Approaches to dispute “red-teaming” that pressure-test arguments before escalation
- Prompting patterns that deliver practical, defensible outputs you can reuse across matters
- Ways to cut outside counsel spend while still safeguarding quality and accuracy
Who Should Attend:
This program is designed for in-house counsel seeking to modernize their workflows, control outside counsel costs, and leverage AI tools without compromising defensibility. It will be particularly valuable for GCs, AGCs, and legal operations leaders evaluating how to integrate AI into research and decision-making.
There is NO COST to attend this program!
This program is FREE, thanks to our gracious sponsor, Ruli.ai! If you can’t make it to the live program, the recording will be available for viewing via our paid CLE library, In-House Connect On-Demand!
