Leonard J. D’Arrigo (“L. Brendan assists employers throughout the United States, of all sizes and in nearly every industry, with obtaining visas and work authorization for skilled employees. His practice includes an emphasis on working with college/university faculty members, medical professionals, research scientists, engineers, and IT professionals on complex immigration issues involving the full range of nonimmigrant visas (E-1/E-2/E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1/P-3, R-1, TN) and permanent residency (EB-1A/EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, PERM Labor Certification, I-360/EB-4) processes.
