Ryan Groff

Ryan is an attorney in Massachusetts and Marketing Manager at Casetext. Groff teaches accredited CLE courses on law practice management, legal operations, and practice productivity, and regularly presents at county, state, and national bar associations. He formerly worked in product at LEAP Legal Software, and served a 3-year term representing Massachusetts on the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel, an independent federal advisory committee improving taxpayer experience at the IRS. He is currently a board member and officer at the Heathmere Center for Cultural Engagement.

Before and during law school, Groff was firm administrator and paralegal at a small law firm where he led firm operations, helped estate and trust administration clients in domestic and international cases to navigate probate courts and state and federal tax agencies, and helped 65+ Massachusetts residents apply for long-term healthcare coverage.

 

Jason Bess

Jason is Actively providing cross-functional advice and counsel on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters as a member of leadership team. Directly involved in complex business transactions including the negotiation of critical contracts, legal affairs of the organization, and conflict resolution.

 

Matt Hitchcock

Experienced Corporate Lawyer with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry and the legal support services industry. Skilled in Legal Writing, Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, Employment Law, Privacy Law, Contract Negotiation, and Civil Litigation.
