Andreas uniquely combines in depth knowledge about Intellectual Property and law with a commercial mindset and approach. He is very results driven and organized, and has vast experience from sales, market and business development as well as management.

With a LL.M. including elective courses in intellectual property law and contract law from the University of Lund as well as a subsequent Masters degree in Intellectual Property, courses in Media law and Competition/Antitrust law Andreas has a solid foundational understanding of Intellectual Property law, management and strategy, which is vital in his current position.

In his current role as Regional Manager Andreas is responsible for Thomson Reuters IP Solutions’ Patent Workflow operations in Europe as well as, indirectly, some non-European countries like South Africa and Russia. He is successfully leading a team of Managers, Account Managers and Sales Consultants with focus on the intellectual property industry, that manages customer relationships and market growth, and develops overall short and long term strategies for these regions. His motto is that customers are the heart of everything we do, and that Thomson Reuters’ role is to provide tangible value to them, always.

In the past Andreas has been in different Account Management and Management roles in Thomson Reuters, working from the Stockholm office, where he has grown the IP Solutions presence significantly in the Nordic region. He has also held legal and regulatory consultancy roles in the Swedish equivalent of Thomson Reuters West (Thomson Fakta). Prior to his current role he was managing a sales team focusing on Patent and Trademark solutions and services, based in London.
