Noah Waisberg

Prior to leading Zuva’s spin-out, Noah was CEO of Kira Systems (the leading contract analysis company for professional service firms) from founding to its sale to Litera in 2021. Before that, he was a corporate lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Among other awards, Noah was named the FT’s Intelligent Business ‘Market Shaper’ and ILTA’s Vendor Thought Leader. He’s the co-author of WSJ Bestselling book ‘AI for Lawyers’ (Wiley) and author of ‘Robbie the Robot Learns to Read’ (perhaps the world’s first children’s book on machine learning).

Noah loves spending time with his family, travel, reading, strenuous exercise, and water.

 

Scott Millea

In-house Attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education, software and retail industries. Skilled in contract drafting, contract negotiations, Microsoft Word, Legal Writing, Purchasing Processes, and Leadership. Strong legal professional graduated from University of St. Thomas School of Law.

 

Ali Meredith

Ali is Director of Product Partnerships with LawVu where she helps LawVu’s customers get access to the best legal tech solutions directly from within their LawVu Legal Workspace. Prior to LawVu, Ali worked for startups, law firms and ALSPs around the world helping lawyers leverage AI powered solutions to accelerate their impact.

 

Christina Wojcik

Christina Wojcik began her journey with AI at IBM looking at potential use cases for the “recent” jeopardy champion, Watson.  She then joined Seal Software, and focused on building a new category of contract analytic software for law departments, leveraging Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Latent Semantic Indexing.  Christina was able to leverage this experience and deliver an AI for Legal program while she was the Director of Innovation and Technology at Citibank.  Currently, Christina is the Managing Director at LexFusion, supporting a collective of world-class legal innovation companies and partners with law departments to evaluate and curate the ever growing legal tech and services world.
