Chris is an intellectual property attorney with over 20 years’ experience . He is a co-founder and the CIPO of Tangibly.  Chris is passionate about trade secret management and education.  He has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University, and J.D. in Law from University of Houston.

 

Stephanie Southwick

Stephanie serves as Law Finance Group’s Senior Investment Counselor. She originates and evaluates investments in both litigation portfolios and single cases, helping plaintiffs with meritorious cases obtain non-recourse financing and working with law firms to leverage their portfolios of commercial and intellectual property litigation as collateral for financing.  Prior to joining LFG, Stephanie served as an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel for Omni Bridgeway for four years

Stephanie litigated for almost 16 years before moving into litigation finance representing start-ups, tech companies, VCs, manufacturers, real estate developers, family offices, and directors and officers in business and trade secret disputes.  She was the managing partner of Greenfield Southwick, a boutique business litigation firm in Silicon Valley.
