Kate Bullinger

Kate is the Chief Executive Officer of United Minds, Weber Shandwick’s global management consultancy focused on organizational transformation and change. She previously founded Weber Shandwick’s Employee Engagement and Change Management practice and developed it into one of the agency’s most in-demand specialties before ultimately spinning it into United Minds.

For over two decades, Kate has partnered with senior executives on enterprise organizational change, fostering purpose and values-driven cultures, working with senior leaders to build high performing teams, and designing employee engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent. In her client work, Kate has been a trusted advisor to clients across industries, ranging from nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies. As a leader, Kate has a passion for seeing opportunities and building talented teams, supported by innovated thought leadership, to deliver on a shared vision.

Earlier in her career, Kate was Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at the Atlantic Philanthropies, one of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations. She was also a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, the change management division of Mercer Consulting. There, she worked with CEOs and their teams to implement significant organizational changes, from leadership transitions and new strategies, to restructuring, M&A and organizational design.

Kate holds a Master of Arts from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. She is Hogan Assessment, DISC and Prosci certified, and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society as well as a trustee of The Institute for Public Relations

 

Will Crain

Head of North America CEO Communications Advisory.

Crain most recently served as GM in Edelman’s corporate affairs practice, where he advised brand CEOs and led corporate communications programs across the Fortune 500 companies.

 

Matthew Warner

Matthew focuses on international M&A transactions and joint ventures for a range of clients, including large corporations and private equity investors.

Matthew has significant experience in a number of sectors, particularly TMT, agriculture, and finance. Matthew has been independently recognized in IFLR1000.

 

Joe Mantone

Joe Mantone is the News Desk Manager for the U.S. financial institutions group and the author of Market Intelligence’s quarterly white paper on M&A and equity capital markets activity. He also hosts the new podcast The Pipeline: M&A and IPO Insights.

Joe joined the U.S. FIG team in 2008 and covered investment banks for more than 10 years before moving into his current role. Joe has been working as a business journalist for nearly 20 years and previously worked for The Wall Street Journal and the Crain Communications magazine, Modern Healthcare.  Joe is based in New York.

He holds a master’s degree in journalism from Roosevelt University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arizona State University.
