Bob Kanapka, Assistant General Counsel at Dun & Bradstreet
Bob is currently Assistant General Counsel at Dun & Bradstreet, where he has been part of the legal department for 15 years, overseeing legal operations, IP strategy, and North American sales and partnership contracts. Prior to D&B, Bob was an associate at the Boston firm of Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP from 2003 to 2010. Bob earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2003, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000. In addition to in-house work, Bob is a frequent volunteer with Pro Bono Partnership, assisting non-profit clients with corporate formation, 501(c)(3) filings, contracts, and governance matters. Bob is an advocate of learning and using legal technology to improve the speed, convenience, and trackability of legal services.
