In-house and outside counsel play a crucial role in mitigating these risks by ensuring that legal rights are clearly established, policies are effectively implemented, and third-party relationships are strategically managed. As IP business trends evolve, understanding how to navigate these complex transitions is critical to protecting assets and minimizing exposure.

Join us on Thursday, March 13th at 12pm ET / 9am PT as James Gibbs, Senior Sales Manager; Daniel (“DJ”) Smith, Senior Solutions Architect; and John Trotti, VP, Global Legal Director, from Escode, explore best practices for managing third-party risk in M&A and licensing transitions, from securing legal rights to implementing policies that safeguard intellectual property and business interests.
