Event Description

Privacy litigation is surging across the United States—fueled by evolving state laws, aggressive plaintiffs’ firms, and widespread use of tracking technologies. From session replay tools and cookie consent issues to revived claims under decades-old statutes like the Video Privacy Protection Act, legal teams are facing an unprecedented wave of class action risk. For in-house counsel, the challenge isn’t just compliance—it’s proactively identifying litigation landmines before they explode.

Join us on Wednesday, July 16 at 3:00 PM ET as Alex Proctor, Chief Trust & Privacy Officer at Captain Compliance, unpacks today’s most pressing privacy litigation threats and outlines how corporate legal teams can reduce exposure.
