Kyle Robisch

Kyle is a partner with Latitude, a flexible legal talent company that specializes in providing high-caliber attorneys with in-house and Biglaw experience to legal departments nationwide. Prior to joining Latitude, Kyle was a partner at the Tampa office of Am Law 200 firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Before that, he spent four years practicing at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of Am Law 100 firm Venable LLP, where he served on the firm’s Hiring Committee. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. G. Kendall Sharp of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Kyle spent a decade litigating high stakes matters across the country. His practice included representing a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company in the national prescription opioid litigation, serving as national briefing counsel to a Fortune 500 company in products liability mass and multidistrict litigation around the country, and defending federal False Claims Act cases and investigations across the Southeast. Kyle also regularly served as outside general counsel to companies and advised in-house legal teams on litigation, regulatory, and compliance issues.

In the community, Kyle serves on the Board of Directors (and as Communications Chair) for the Tampa Bay Federal Bar Association, as Florida Regional Chair for The Legal Mentor Network, and as Co-Chair of the Special Olympics Florida West Florida Regional Leadership Council. He was also appointed by the Florida Supreme Court as a Director for Funding Florida Legal Aid (aka the Florida Bar Foundation), a statewide public charity that funds legal services and supports legal aid providers and Florida courts. In addition, Kyle also sits on the Development Council for Bay Area Legal Services.

Kyle has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers, Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers, and The Best Lawyers in America. The University of Florida also named him one of their 2020 “40 Gators Under 40.”

He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School where he was an editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. Before that, Kyle attended the University of Florida, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, was a J. Wayne Reitz scholar, and was inducted into the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame.

Kyle and his wife live in South Tampa with their two children. He is a proud second-generation Florida Gator, an avid Arsenal F.C. fan, and Lightning season ticket holder.

 

Erica Mallon

Erica is a healthcare-specialized attorney with nearly a decade of transactional and regulatory experience. She is one of less than 130 attorneys in Florida to be Board Certified in Health Law by The Florida Bar. Erica is currently general counsel for Prompt Therapy Solutions, an EMR and practice management solution for the physical therapy industry. Before Prompt EMR, Erica was general counsel at the American Oncology Network (AON), a national oncology provider network, which she helped take public in 2023.

Prior to joining AON, Erica most recently served as in-house counsel at Greenway Health, an electronic health record vendor. During her time at Greenway, she focused on vendor management, strategic relationships, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Erica was instrumental in the negotiation, implementation, and ongoing compliance with Greenway’s Corporate Integrity Agreement. Prior to her tenure at Greenway, Erica worked as an attorney in the healthcare group of Carlton Fields, P.A., and previously served as in-house counsel at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, one of the top children’s hospitals in the nation.

Erica is passionate about volunteerism and is particularly dedicated to her role on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Cancer Center, a Tampa-based non-profit that provides emotional, financial, and educational support to more than 1,000 children with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and their families.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with dual minors in Business and Political Science from Ohio University and a law degree from Drexel University.

 

Jason Weintraub

Jason is Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel of Jacuzzi Group, a global, private equity-owned consumer products manufacturer with over 5,000 employees. Mr. Weintraub manages Jacuzzi Group’s legal, compliance, risk management and real estate functions. His responsibilities include protecting the company’s iconic, globally famous Jacuzzi® trademark and other intellectual property. Mr. Weintraub also leads Jacuzzi Group’s regulatory and corporate compliance program and supports the company’s ESG efforts.

Prior to joining Jacuzzi Goup, Mr. Weintraub served as Chief Legal Officer of El Pollo Loco, Inc., a publicly traded restaurant company with nearly 500 locations, and as General Counsel of BSH Home Appliances Corporation in Irvine, Calif. In both roles, he led his Company’s Legal, Compliance, IP, and Risk Management functions. Mr. Weintraub has also held senior legal department roles at Taco Bell Corp. and Broadcom Corporation.

In 2019, Mr. Weintraub was honored by the National Association of Women Lawyers with the national Challenge Award, provided to the corporate legal department that best promotes the hiring and advancement of women in the legal profession. Mr. Weintraub received his Juris Doctor degree from Berkeley Law (University of California) and his undergraduate degree in political science from Stanford University.

 

EJ Evans

Ijeoma “EJ” Evans is the General Counsel & VP, Legal at TMA (The Marketing Arm). EJ oversees the Legal Department and serves as an advisor to the Executive leadership team.

EJ joined TMA in March of 2023 with more than 10 years of legal and business experience, specifically in marketing, healthcare, and regulatory environments. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as Senior Legal Counsel, Strategy and Procurement at Surescripts, LLC. In this capacity, EJ helped guide the company’s strategic and innovation activities, and advised the company on various technology transactions, intellectual property considerations, and human resources and operations activities.

EJ has a juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a bachelor of business administration, with honors, from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
