Foster Sayers
Foster is an experienced legal and business professional with experiences ranging from founding a company and raising capital to implementing best practices for leading private equity firms Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners. He joins Pramata from Vertafore, a Roper Technologies company and successful Pramata customer. Foster is passionate about using his technical knowledge to help legal professionals become more effective in their practice.
Maggie Warren
As a dynamic leader in the in-house community, Maggie has brought enthusiasm and vigor to the office of General Counsel. She was named a Top 10 30-Something by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2020 for her accomplishments throughout her career. She has an extensive background working in the technology industry as in-house counsel. Previously, she was VP, Assistant General Counsel for Vertafore. Prior to joining the team, she was Associate General Counsel with Clarivate Analytics and Thomson Reuters, where she was responsible for privacy and data security compliance, complex commercial transactions, labor and employment, business strategy and product development. Maggie earned her juris doctorate cum laude from Western Michigan University and her undergraduate bachelor of the arts from the University of Colorado. She is licensed and a member of the bar association in Colorado, Michigan, and formerly Virginia.
