Corey Longhurst
Corey Longhurst is a legal technologist and attorney, with a background spanning law, business, and consulting. He is the Head of Growth at LegalOn Technologies, a global leader in AI contract review trusted by thousands of companies and firms worldwide for pre-signature review.
Corey began his career as a commercial litigator, handling complex contract and securities disputes, after clerking at the Colorado Supreme Court. He later earned his MBA from Stanford University and became a consultant and manager at Bain & Company, where he developed expertise in tech strategy and growth.
At LegalOn, Corey leverages his diverse background to help legal teams enhance contract review processes using AI. His work focuses on addressing critical pain points in legal workflows, delivering smarter, faster, and more accessible legal services. Corey is a graduate of Drake University Law School and a member of the Colorado Bar.
Mary Beth Blair
Mary Beth Blair is an attorney and legal operations professional with years of experience, particularly with technology implementation to enhance legal department efficiency. As an attorney, she has extensive expertise in commercial contracting, particularly in support of technology. She is currently Associate General Counsel and Director of Legal Operations at Designs for Health. Prior to joining the natural supplements company, she was AGC and Director of Legal Operations for Coursera, Inc. and was previously Director of Legal Operations and Corporate Counsel for Panera Bread.
Mary Beth is passionate about the positive impact AI can have for attorneys and legal professionals and has worked with its application in areas such as contract review, marketing review, and overall the power of using GenAI as a thought partner. Mary is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and an active member of the Massachusetts Bar.
Ed Sohn
Ed Sohn leads insights and innovation at Factor, overseeing The Sense Collective, an AI community lab with leading in-house legal departments through AI co-development and collaboration; Global Counsel Leaders, the premier forum for legal executives to make genuine connections and advance professionally; and thought leadership initiatives across the market.
Ed comes to Factor from EY Law, where he led its global law innovation and technology efforts. Ed’s unique experience includes practicing as a lawyer, pioneering the buildout of scaled legal delivery, and as a product manager, launching new technology and managed services. Ed is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.
