Rachel Sheridan

Rachel is a partner in the Capital Markets Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rachel focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, issuers, investment banks and public companies in a wide range of matters. She has extensive experience with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as buyout, liability management, restructuring and SPAC transactions. She also regularly counsels public companies regarding their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters and other issues related to public company status.
